I cancelled my gym membership yesterday...

I quit gym yesterday. I decided it's not worth it to keep going there. Car rides. Why deal with all that every day ? Plus so many people don't go and they're fine. They gotta be... right ? A bit saggy. Slightly scrawny. Wait that isn't good. I cancelled the membership and thought about what I'd just done. "What have I done ?" I quickly came to my senses. I put the car in drive mode. Blasted out of the parking lot. I drove 10 minutes to the new gym that happened to open the same day I cancelled my membership. So I signed up. Now I'm back to my old self. Got a nice workout in on Friday. In my 10 minutes of being a no-gym dude... I realized that life wasn't for me. I'm glad I reversed the decision in time. This new gym was like a mall on opening day. You got people walking around the different rooms. Employees giving tours. People sitting in the lounge. Others working out. Others eating in their mini private pods. Some were there doing nothing. They even have a basement with some more equipment. When I left my old gym it was a ghost town. It's like they lowered the music volume to signify the gym's downfall (lots of people moved to the new gym). Change isn't always pleasing. Though it is benefical. You get to meet more people and shift environments. So yeah... I quit gym and I started gym yesterday. Do you go to the gym ? |

A popular skin cream brand is called:“O’Keeffe’s” They make hand and body lotion for dry skin. Their main products are “Working Hands” Cream. I first found out about them over 7 years ago. My hands have always dried up since I wash them too much. Back then and today that’s still the case. In winter they crack and bleed frequently since we always get -10C to -30C weather.
